The Founders of CAFIDA NPO

CAFIDA is a product of three willing volunteers who are determined to change the monotony course of charity Organizations in Africa and embark into an empowerment process for Human Development in Africa through entrepreneurship and development initiatives for self and community substance. Thus the CAFIDA NPO Motto: Wake up! Be creative! Achieve and Stand Firm!

Mr. Daniel Mamba Tshiamba: Co-Director (MD)

"If the people of the World agree that Africa is the poorest of the Continents, so many also agree that this Land remains the richest in its natural resources and even human resources. But very little is done to solve the paradox. It is this dream that I believe makes and generates my whole energy to bridge the gap and bring together the Who Have of the World and Who Have Not of Africa to address the Human Development of our torn Continent, in initiating skills acquisition for sustainable economic initiatives and entrepreneurship in various sectors of our Society.I am convinced that it will take only ‘Real Man and Women of Courage’ within Africa and worldwide to help promote reasonable, valuable and fair Equities Markets, coupled with mutually beneficiating entrepreneurship programmes to seal the March of Africa towards a global Human Development. As an African, I appeal for Conscientious Action! I embrace all Africans and Friends of Africans who commit to these challenges. I pray God to help us accept this very courageous and sacrificing Mission"!

They have succeeded to accommodate and feed more than 25 people for more than two years with private friends from America to help their clients become self-reliant.

Unfortunately, the huge failure of this system and the previous observations such as the lack of initiatives

for self-reliance, of the poor, beneficiaries of the grants, as well as their perpetual dependency behavior in front of their donors, have inspired him a change of direction in the work of mercy in Africa. The Result is the launch of CAFIDA NPO.

2 Sister Amélie Phemba Mabika: Co-Directress (MD)

"In The March towards better life for all, The African People have gone through so many troubles. While the Internal causes of this crisis are deeply based, I think, in a lack of clear, measurable and achievable Vision and Objectives, we would not deny the external causes due to the reluctance from the ‘Who Have’ worldwide to help make the ‘Well Being for All’ become a reality. It is to this cause that I believe I am called and I dedicate my life" That’s why I commit to work harder to fulfill my responsibility, wherever I am planted, to contribute to the upliftment of the poor, the establishment of justice of all races and gender, together with those who are ready to cooperate. In doing so, we will make a difference. We will build a better World for all, especially an Africa that is worthy to live in! I pray God to help us accept this very courageous and sacrificing Mission"!
